Need a metal lever.
It fits a standard type sink kitchen sink faucet. It works very well as I live an apartment with a kitchen sink without a sprayer. I had another diverter from another company. I was able to use the older hose and sprayer assembly with this item. I'm just hoping that this one works out better than the other as the lever broke on the other one after two years. The lever shouldn't be plastic but of some metal alloy that is sturdy.

As advertised.
Even though made in China, substantially built, well made product! Performs as well as one I bought years ago made in U.S. and half the price. Don't hesitate on this one. Would recommend. UPDATE 3/14/2021 When purchased, lever on diverter was stiff and required holding the main body to switch the flow. Thought for a few weeks it would loosen up but not so. Got worse as time passed and eventually would not completely divert flow one way or the other and had to reinstall old model which it replaced. I don't expect these things to last forever but it was a problem "hiding" from the start. Could have gotten a bad one but will try a different brand for now.

Works well but needs PTFE tape on threads as washer did not seal well
This valve worked very well. Its only flaw is poor sealing because of the low height of the washer provided. See the first figure for the installed valve with the required PTFE tape on the threads. Even then it leaked a bit as shown in the second figure. The leaking occurred in both flow directions. Initially we tried the black washer that came with the valve. However, as shown in the third figure, the shelf inside the valve top was so narrow that it did not support the flexible black washer enough. The washer just deformed into the diverter. A white, stiffer washer, also provided, did not have that problem but, as shown in the fourth figure, did not extend high enough above the threads to form a good seal with the faucet. The fifth figure shows the original aerator with its black washer sticking up above the threads enough to make contact and deform. Fortunately, the leakage was slow enough with the white washer and PTFE taped threads that using it was acceptable. The valve otherwise worked well. The handle turned easily with enough resistance to hold its position. The valve could even be turned part way allowing a flow from the faucet for rinsing hands of an operator while water still flowed though tubing to the hand held shower head. When the diverter went to the shower but with the shower head turned off, the leaking at the diverter did not increase much. Overall this works well and, with a little Teflon tape, is easily installed.

Will blow mobile home faucets apart
I saw one review somewhere that someone had an issue with their mobile home faucet plumbing not doing well with the pressure, but I couldn't remember where. Turns out, it doesn't matter. This should come with a disclaimer that it is NOT for mobile homes/RVs, as the plastic faucets and connections can't hold up to the back pressure this creates, even on the "faucet" setting, because this makes the faucet opening is too small for the water pressure. I'm just thankful that I had a bunch of water to clean up and an undersink cabinet to clear out and dry and not a whole faucet and plumbing to put back together. I first tried it on the soaking tub faucet, but thankfully it kept blowing off the faucet and I thought the threads were stripped on my fauce, so I only had a little bit of water underneath it. So much for making it easy, maybe one of the cheap "dog bath" hoses really will stay on. Hahahaha... :/ Otherwise, it seemed well built, but I couldn't tell you for sure.

Works perfectly
Looks great, easy to install, the water flows freely and shuts off easily. No leakage and wipes clean and shines right up. Great value for the price.

Inlet thread size is not available
The inlet is a 15/16 -27 male fitting. There is no removable connector for it to fit faucet. Was not able to find a 15/16-27 female adaptor either on amazon or at local hardware stores also looked for a new faucet that it would fit on also not in that size. The valve seemed to be of fine quality just not able to find a way to make it work.
