Are these plain, like in the second image, or patterned as shown on the pack?

The sheets are Patterned. Shortly I am going to order another pack as I was so pleased with them.. The scent is lovely for drawer liners, not too light but not too strong and sweet smelling. The pattern on the paper is light and two toned. Hope this has answered your question.

Are the liners adhesive?

These are regular scented drawer liners, no adhesive backing.
