Inconsistent bad product. It goes off when there is no barking and it doesn’t go off when he does bark. We only used It about 5 times because we didn’t want our dog to get punished for no reason. Today, it starts beeping on the table by it self and wouldn’t stop. The only way to stop it was to take the battery out. I will be contacting amazon.

Nice shock

It was an okay product at first. It didn’t always work when my dog barked but it did with his loud barks. It comes with no instructions and I really don’t known what the - and + signs are really supposed to do. Then a week ago the collar stayed beeping so I figured it was going dead so I replaced the battery. It was going good at first And all of the sudden it started shocking my dog when he was just laying down asleep. I took it off after the second shock. I don’t recommend this product.

Cheap bark collar.Even on the lowest setting It beeps with any movement, and my other dog that is not even wearing it sets the beep off when he barks, which freaks the dog wearing it out.After 2 months of use, today, it started to continuously beep and not stop. I took it off my dog and had to take the battery out. Return window is closed so cannot return. Buyer beware this product is cheaply made. I would not buy again.

The first day it worked great I thought it was a miracle. My dog that barks at everything and everyone just barked once then didn’t bark the rest of the day. But now a week has gone by and I would say she is barking half as much as she used to. I’m going to try and adjust it more and see if it’s something I’m doing wrong. I would buy it again. Even though it’s not making her bark completely it is cutting down on it.

I bought this because it had decent reviews but it does not work at all.I have a 5 month old basset hound who is just about 25 pounds and this does not do a damn thing when she starts her never ending barking.The battery is fine be ause it beeps every time she barks,and when she is barkinf non stop,it beeps non stop,but no shock.Either that or the shock is so incredibly weak that she doesnt even notice.

This worked for a week or so but began “unsyncing” at random times even when you synced it. So basically to use the item you would almost have to sync it each time and even then sometimes it wouldn’t actually work. I would maybe go with a more expensive shock collar.

This product is so bad, I'm starting to wonder if the 5 star reviews are fake? When I first purchased this 2 months ago, the average rating was like 4 stars, now when I look at reviews everyone is saying this is junk... and it is. It worked ok for the first week or so, sometimes it would go off when another dog was barking and shock the dog wearing it, even if he wasn't the one being noisy, but for the price I expected it wouldn't be amazing. However a couple weeks ago it started just doing a high pitched squeal, we changed the batteries thinking they were dying and the collar still emitted a constant terrible sound and didn't work anymore. Of course now I'm out of my window to time to return. Don't waste your money.
