Dual monitors with M1 Air
Good stuff. Being able to use the M1 as the third screen really extended its life. I like the option of either HDMI or Display Port. The quirk of the software is how it requires to record your screen in order to convert them into a different displays. The image isn’t perfect, but I’d say it’s like 92% there and good enough for my coding use case.

One little thing works beautifully and solved all my problem without breaking my wallet.
MacBook Air M2, yeah, you know the problem right the way, which only support one external monitor, like the 90’s and no HDMI. It is not even that old. Everyone should have 2 external monitors for productivity. Most important point is Displaylink, not to confuse with DisplayPort. Searching around, there are tons of expensive docks with multiple USB connectivity that I don’t need. Finally found this little guy doing exactly what I want. It is solid build using the USB C to connect to the Mac ( even has a USB 3.0 connection whenever you might need). Two HDMI and DisplayPort for 4k 60 Hz. With two monitors all day long, mildly warm on touch, totally acceptable. Connectivity is consistent, no flickering of screen, no turning off screen for no reason. No paying extra for things I don’t need. Very happy with this purchase.

Works GREAT!
Bought a MacBook Air, online info said it would work with my thunderbolt HP docking station, but it only mirrored the display. Tried this little gadget and it works great. Best part is that i put it between the HP docking station and the monitors (hooking the monitors DisplayPort cables to this thing and this thing to a thunderbolt input on the HP docking station) and now both my MacBook and my Work PC work great with just a thunderbolt cable. Highly recommended.

Displaylink second screen driver issues
Constantly turns off one of the dual screens. Verified it is not the connection because when I manually toggle the screen on and off using the installed driver it works for another few hours then goes back to blank screen until I toggle the setting.

Easy set up
Works great, only two DPs, HDMI’s or 1 DP and 1 HDMI can be used at a time.

Stopped working after a week of use
The device seemed of good quality; I am unsure how this happened. It just did. The other two monitors work fine, and I've switched the HDMI cord to different HDMI inputs and outputs. I even changed the HDMI cord. The other monitors are using VGA, and DP is working fine. It's not the monitor. That works fine when plugged into different things. It's not the computer. So, something weird has to be going on inside the adaptor.
