What makes this a girls guitar? Surely a boy could also play it...

Boys could play it but as someone who writes and illustrates children’s books, I know that girls, will watch or read anything regardless of who is the lead character but boys will only read and watch, books and films with a male lead. Disney tried to address this when they made Brave but it had limited success with boys. So yes he could play it but it’s very unlikely that he will. I’m sure there are similar ones more suitable for boys. I think I’ve seen a turtle one.
