Super fun, super loud
Just don't give it to small kids because a roomful of these are SO LOUD! SO LOUD. Small kids will also rip off the foil streamers.

Toddler loved it
Great way to teach a toddler how to blow out (they start by trying to hum but so cute to help them learn to blow--like on hot food). Only downfall is many kids tried to chew on it so they would crack since they're not too sturdy. Super fun and bright colors. Great deal!

Cute but...
Some didn’t work; and those that did sounded more like a flock of ducks in distress than party blowers.I’m giving 3 stars for the price, and the fact that my nieces/nephew and I found the awful noises amusing. I can’t say the rest of the family, or our pets ears, were as thrilled.
