it is such a good massage devise

Loads of things to love about this little massage ball and it's one of the only genuinely small massage balls I can find. However, all are negated by this failing after 3 months usage. I used it for 10 minute sessions 3-4 times a day, was careful with recharging as per manual (do not charge for more than 2 hours) and with cleaning. After 3 months it turned on but would not vibrate. Eventually it turned on but the vibration motor sounded like it was dying, slowing down. When the battery is low it just switches off, so this felt like a more fundamental failure. It slowed and slowed and then died. The light will turn on but there is no vibration anymore.Amazon customer service were very helpful and as the managing agent for the item I bought were able to refund me. But I wouldn't risk buying from this company again. There's no way to contact the seller or the the (Chinese) manufacturer and there's no warranty. Gutted as it was perfect for me while it worked.

I ordered this ball for my partner as he has essential tremors in his hands. I have tried sending it back but the address you have given me the post office will not except, I need an address with a post code please. The ball has never worked.
