Soft so doesn't damage anything it may hit.wipes clean. Haven't tried to wash it any other way.

This was a gift for a 1 year olds birthday who was born a Dolphins fan. He will have many years to grow into it.

I like the product, it did take a while to come in tho. I wish it had better quality with the laces so i could have a better grip, but its nice. I can take it places sinces it so coushny and it has great color, it doesnt fade throught washes. Other than the laces its a great product
