This sauce is phenomenal on its own, as well as to use as an additive to other sauce mixes you create.

I quite liked the flavor, it gave it a touch of flavor different from traditional barbecues, it is not spicy at all, I would buy it again.

Melissa Cookston’s Woo Woo Sauce is not your classic Worcestershire sauce, but it shares baseline flavors with a bit more tang and zing.POSITIVE• Similar flavor profile to classic Worcestershire sauces with slight pepper-heat from red and black pepper; tangy vinegar is balanced with sweetness for a homemade feel• Thicker texture and stronger flavor than other Worcestershires: I like this better as a sauce than a marinade for this reason.NEGATIVE• On its own merits, this sauce is excellent; however, those with a sensitive palette (like me) will miss the anchovy flavor in this sauce. In my opinion, anchovy is an essential flavor to Worcestershire sauces (like juniper to gin), so I feel like something is missing from this sauce as a Worcestershire sauce.• Expensive compared to other Worcestershire sauces but comparable to prices of other locally craft made sauces; to that end, I’m likely to buy something local if I can.

Delicious sauce and goes great with her rub,if you smoke meat as much as I do you'll want to buy the 5lb bag of her rub,I use her rub on pork & Chicken and always get compliments.

I've been a sauce freak for many years . I can see how she won in Memphis in May with this sauce . It has a great flavor, I haven't tried it on pork or chicken ,I went through a bottle on burgers and steak.
