I have some back problems such that when I lie on either side at night, my side somewhat collapses in on itself due to lack of back support. This pillow has been a tremendous help in alleviating the problem.It provides great support, but not so much that the side you are lying on feels much offsetting pressure.Excellent Support Pillow.

Before purchasing I read the reviews about how it was uncomfortable and took a while to adjust to the body. I bought this for my bf with lower back pain and says it can be a bit uncomfortable for majority of the night. The instructions say it can take about 3-7 days to adjust but I don’t think it really does. I haven’t tried it myself but it’s pretty soft to the touch.

I completely DISLIKE this pillar. The pillar is suppose to support the lower back. It doesn’t. The pillar form is flat, thin, there is no form adjustment or change to offer support when weight or pressure is applied to the form pillar. If this pillar is new…? Then, its material parts are sub Standard, WORTHLESS, VALUELESS. I am shopping again for a form pillar to support my back.

The pillow & cover are nice. However, I bought to use in bed to help with my back pain while sleeping, and I tried as shown for both back & side sleeping. It was a bit painful to use for back sleeping, but tolerable. Not so much for the side sleeping… I could not tolerate it at all for that. I was so sore after a night of trying this in bed, and I don’t think I could tolerate another. I’ll use it on the couch, where use is much more comfortable for me.

Great product, supports my back hips while sleeping on my back and side. Makes a huge difference, highly recommend.

Horrible product. It is totally flat and pointless. I ended up tossing it in the garbage. Wasted my money.

Made lumbar pain worse. Sent back.
