Veradek Block Series Pedestal Planter - Tall Rectangular Outdoor Planter

Over many years of gardening, I've purchased many types and brands of pots and planters. Of course the type of gardening often determines the kind of vessel one will need and, over time, this led to a hodge podge of planters around our home. A few years back, as several vessels began deteriorating, I decided to try and find replacement gardening containers that would both meet the needs of what I was planting and bring a cohesive eye catching design, all while holding up to the extreme cold and heat of the climate we live in. Enter Veradek. I now have well over twenty Veradek pots and planters and they are fantastic! To start, they are very well made and designed. In the larger pots there are internal smaller vessels so one doesn't need to fill the entire pot with soil, it's been a time and money saver. This is also a bonus if you need big pots for a deck but you're concerned about weight. Second, they are all so attractive, I get lots of compliments. I have a variety of their design collections in the black and corten steel, they are all complimentary and the color is consistent. Third, they stand up beautifully to the elements, I've had several black pieces for years in the direct sunlight as well as under feet of snow and they hold their integrity and color very well. Fourth, they are very easy to clean on the occassion I've decided to switch out the contents and re-plant. Lastly, you can't beat the price point, I've purchased far more expensive pieces that have had a fraction of the quality and durability. A couple extra points: Veradek takes the time to package their products very securely, ensuring that every single purchase has arrived in pristine condition. I've noticed as of this writing, summer 2025, Veradek has some incredible new designs and colors. All told, you will not be disappointed! Enjoy your garden!

I’m really happy with this planter. The build feels solid and the finish looks premium in person. Setup took under 5 minutes, and the insert fits perfectly—no wobble. I’ve had a medium pothos in standard potting mix for 6 weeks, and watering has been easy with no leaks or stains on the floor. The reservoir window is actually useful, and the drainage works as advertised. It’s lightweight enough to move for cleaning but stable once planted.

Really beautiful, well made quality planters. The insert tray is sturdy construction and fits perfectly on top of the planter without being noticeable. I was able to plant numerous plants. I used a few heavy rocks at the bottom of the planter to provide some extra weight to the planter since we have high winds. It came fully assembled. Just slide the planter and insert out of the box. Since the planter does not waste soil, it is easy to move without being too heavy. Great value for the price. I would buy more from this brand when we need it.

We selected these for their height and inside bucket to hold container plants on our front porch. The gray looks great. For caution I put some rocks in the bottom to guard against the wind, but they are heavy enough to withstand most wind without the rocks. 40mph winds did not blow it over. I did need to insert an additional platform in the bucket for the container plants. After I bought two we liked them so much we ordered two more. One in the second order arrived broken. I contacted Veradeck, told them the issue, and sent pictures of the broken planter and shipping box. Two days later the sent me a replacement planter. They made it easy to get a replacement and smartly did not require me to return the broken planter. We will be ordering more from Veradeck for our patio.

I bought two sets of these planters. I was expecting them to be a little heavier but am still happy with the end result. These are plastic, are still sturdy, and look expensive and nice. Happy the way they look.

I love this plant stand. I put it on my front porch next to my door. It is sturdy and looks great with my plants. I first thought it was a bit pricey, but it’s worth it.

Good looking, durable and well constructed - perfect for outdoor planter on the water with salt air.

Nice - modern edge - dark black ! Seems durable

Beautiful planters. Very well made with good stability.

first time i have ever used amazon to order planter boxes, i must say i always see them at different store box places. This year as we know pricing on things are nuts, so out of the blue i went on Amazon to check and ordered these. Absolutely incredible, the quality, look of them and price cheaper then what i saw. I would totally recommend this brand line to anyone as i have ordered others. Great
