Working well. Takes about a week to start working but I am finding my restless sleep has stopped and I don't feel drowsy the next day.

First night made me a bit tired but not to the point I could sleep second night could sleep better. Definitely worth buying if you don't see any difference after a few days keep taking them you'll eventually see results but might depend on the person. There isn't really any taste with water and they are quite big tablets so if you struggle to swallow them either break em apart or crush them up. But overall really good
