Great product
My grandson was recently diagnosed with Type I Diabetes. With him being a child of 9 years old he needed something to help someone be aware of his condition in case of an emergency. This necklace is perfect because he can “grow” with it. It doesn’t look childish but yet it’s not big and bulky so it’s a perfect fit. The red on black makes it more noticeable so it’s an all around great fit

Had to buy a new chain, chain with it was way to short.

The chain wouldn't fit around a child's head let alone an adult one. I'll keep it because the base is important and find a bigger chain elsewhere
