Classy retro gown
I really wanted this dress to fit, tried in different sizes. It just wasn’t the gown for my figure. Alterations would be too difficult. Finally realized this dress is perfect for the true “hourglass “ figure. If you are slim, this dress probably isn’t for you. You will look much better in something else… keep looking. The way this dress is styled enhances curves but doesn’t create them. Save this dress for your curvier friends, they will look amazing in it!

If you are between sizes, size down - lovely dress - forgiving fabric
I ordered the black dress in an 8 and the plum dress in a 6. I am 5fit 9, 135lbs 34 D. The 10 had a bit of room in the bust/shoulder area and the hips. It fit well but could be better. The 6 fit perfectly. A little snug, but that nice snug that holds you in but doesn't feel constricting. Absolutely gorgeous elegant dress. The fabric does stretch - order two sizes if you aren't sure. I seriously love this dress.
