Great to make allergies more manageable
Alfalfa is great as I expected. I used these 15 years ago and it help to reduce the symptoms from allergies for me. Then after 5 years of taking these, my allergies symptom is gone. I go through the year without allergies now. My son and his children developed allergies recently. Bad reaction and making them miserable. I gave them these and it work wonder. My son and his children all are with less symptoms of allergies and they can enjoy life more now. Still a little running nose and some coughing, but the eye sore and running tear, coughing constantly and hard to breath are all gone. Great product.

Kind of pricey but have not found any better price
Been 20 years since I bought any but I have cancer and I'm trying to alkaline my body I hope they have effectiveness for that
