There is just one throw pillow cover. This is not a soft pillow case like you put your head on to sleep in bed. It's to decorate for Christmas, using either a square throw pillow form you buy for this purpose OR utilizing a throw pillow that is always a part of your decor (but is not very Christmas-y... I hope that clears things up.
