Helps with restless leg syndrome and helps sleep
I discovered that for years I was taking the wrong kind of magnesium (citrate). Magnesium glycinate is much more absorbable by the body. These now mag pills have been a huge help with restless leg syndrome and they help me sleep, which as a new mom is a tremendous help. These are high quality. Love them.
