I bought this smart bird feeder for my mother in her late 80s, so that she could watch the many birds in our backyard from the comfort of her easy chair.It's attractive, looks great in the yard, and easily attached to the house in a location protected from the squirrels. The 1080 high-res video is crisp and full of rich color. The feeder and its accompanying app are both easy to install (and use), and you can start watching the birds show up minutes after you have it up on a wall or tree.The best part about this is that it brings nature right into your living room. Previously, my mother could only look out the window and watch the birds from 30-50 feet away, or however close they would come when she is in the yard. Now, they're right in front of her on the screen. It's a lot of fun and, I have to say, quickly starts captivating all of our attention.I highly recommend this for everyone. What a great way to bring nature into the home!

The birdhouse was easy to set up. I appreciated all the different ways you can put up the feeder. You can screw it on, attach straps, or hang it. I thought the app would be difficult to configure but I just scanned the QR code and installed the app. It was able to find my wifi and the feeder and connect. It's also easy to share the feed with someone by having them set up an account and connecting. The motion capture and notifications are good. I tested it with my cats inside. It is good at detecting birds and even other wildlife in the backyard! I'm very pleased with it and am looking forward to seeing what kind of backyard birds visit!

Could not get the camera to sync/pair with the app or our local network. Sent email to customer support as suggested in the product manual. Never received a response from the company. This is a known issue. Returned product

The media could not be loaded. I bought this bird feeder after we had some mourning does nest on our patio. I wanted to help the family get plenty of food for them and their new babies. I also wanted to secretly watch them without scaring them, so this was the best of both worlds! I get to feed them and watch them. I'm excited to see if it brings in any other birds besides our patio resident doves. The app is great with the notifications and was very easy to setup. It connected very easily to wifi and gives me notifications every time a bird is "loitering" as the app calls it.

The media could not be loaded. I was hoping to see more than sparrows but maybe in time!! The great news is I can see about anything. The pictures and video are awesome! Included one that shows the whole yard if you are thinking about having some hidden security. But if you are just a bird lover, this will be loads of fun. I have it in a temporary spot held up by the straps that come with it. It also has an adjustable mounting bracket that will attach to tree or post. The solar charging is working perfectly. The app was a little clunky to set up but I was able to fumble through and figure it all out. Next I will be moving around the yard to find something other than sparrows!

The backyard of my house the deep woods, so I figured a birdhouse might be a good idea, but saw this one with a solar powered camera. The camera feature has been an absolute hit with the kiddos, they love seeing the videos captured by the camera, and have been noting different species that come by for a visit.The solar panel works surprisingly well, and the app does a good job of letting me know whenever a bird comes by. The quality of the video is pretty decent, sound isn't the best (but you don't buy this for the sound recording). My cat loves staring at the birds through the window, so its a plus that another member of the family is also entertained.Would recommend this to any avid bird watcher, or just a way to entertain the family members.

Great bird feeder. Instructions were a little confusing but eventually got it connected. This was a gift and the recipient had to turn off the notification feature because it was frequent and got annoying. She loves the feeder and the close ups of all of the bird and squirrel visitors.

I bought this and had terrible difficulty connecting to the camera. Got a friend that is way more tech savvy, he cannot believe more people are not having issues. This is trash, not common user friendly to set up nor maintain connection.

When we received this we put it out in -20 Celsius. It went down to -45 within the next few days and the camera worked perfectly in those cold temperatures. That was very impressive! We have been having lots of fun watching all the birds come to discover this feeder. Great and fun investment.
