Not bad for price Pros: fragrant and lightly flavored, not sour. Quality is a nice powder, not clumpy, soft texture. One ingredient Cons: color is definitely more pink. Doesn’t mix easily unless emulsified.

This blueberry powder is fabulous! I purchased it to make macarons and it worked perfectly! To get the color I wanted I did need to add a little bit of blue food coloring, otherwise it’s more purple. But the flavor is outstanding! If you use this to make blueberry macaron shells, pair it with a lemon butter cream… holy Toledo! Now I need to find other ways to use this powder but I have no doubt there will be many.

I used it to make blueberry cookie dough and it came out fantastic. Next I am going to try it in pancakes

It is very good. It is true to taste. I use it in my black coffee. I tried to use less than the amount it called for, to make it last, but you need to use that amount called for. If you also use it in hot items, don't put it in before you add the drink, put it in on top and let it dissolve down. Will buy again.

In my opinion, NPG Frezee-Dried Blueberry Powder tastes like grape drink mix powder. There is no blueberry taste. It is also concerning that there is no mention of where this product is manufactured.

I used this powder to make a blueberry cheesecake. Comparing how much I used in my cheesecake and the recipe I followed. I needed like a lot of it to even get close to the flavor that I wanted. But the cheesecake was still pretty delicious.
