They were very thin and that’s exactly what I wanted. Nothing would fit in front of the door. Every time the door would open the rugs would curl and stop the door from opening. These worked great. Can now open and close the door and they stay in place. They do a great job and fit perfectly. We love them

love these mats perfect for Florida catching the sand that follows you in from the outside. purchased 5 of them so far. perfect size for in front of entryways and dog door. easy to shake out clean and very lightweight. very functional and holds sand and dirt instead of spreading it around the house or porch.

I like this mat because it covers most of the porch that needs painting. I thought that I was going to get rid of my old mat. It didn't work out that way. We had a rainy day, a few rainy days. I do have considerable traffic at my front door, and I was thinking about the winter debris with all the foot traffic. This mat holds water. It's good for cleaning off the shoe dirt but so much water remains on the soles of the shoes that it's like stepping from a water puddle to inside my house with far too much water left on the shoes. I had to put the old mat on top of the new mat to wipe off the excessive water. I like the mat, so I kept it, but my porch is small and takes a direct hit from all weather conditions. This isn't the best choice for me. I'll give it a trial run this winter and decide if I should move it to the back where I have an overhead shelter to keep it mostly dry. I gave 4 stars only because the mat holds water, but otherwise, it's a nice mat.

One end of mar came curled up and no matter what we do it won’t lay flat. This causes possibility for tripping.

The brown colored carpet comes folded instead of rolled and you can never get the creases and bulges out. The material is thin as an octogenarian's skin and rips very easily with only minimal wear in a low traffic area. Mine had tears in it within 7 days - and this from low traffic. The black one I bought last time held up fairly well, so I'm going to use my refund money to get another. It was of a thinker material - but that was a couple years ago (that's all you can expect from these rugs) so who knows if the material is more inferior now? Shrinkflation? Anyway, hope this helps.

This mat is attractive inside my front door. It lays flat, nonslip and the brown weave looks good on my wood floor. It traps dirt and moisture from tracking into the house. I like the size as it covers an ample area. A quick vacuum keeps it dirt free. I am glad I purchased this door mat and seems rugged enough to last a long time so well worth its price.

I have a smooth tile floor. The wheels on my desk chair were sending me flying around the room. I tried 'soft wheels' which were supposed to be for floors. No change. I tried wrapping cord around the wheels to slow them down. No change. Whenever I searched for under desk chair rug/mat I got floor protectors that let the wheels roll unimpeded. So I searched for just a mat or rug in the right size. After a list of mushy bathroom rugs and thin rugs that curled up. I found this. It's supposed to be a door mat, but it's perfect for the floor under my desk chair wheels. It grips the floor, the edges don't curl up, it doesn't buckle and it slows down the wheels enough so I don't go flying. If I ever drop food or drink on it, I can just wash it off. Exactly what I needed.

Don’t waste your money. Flimsy bit of rubber that doesn’t sit flat.

Just the right thickness and size for my gate.
