Standard staple that we travel with especially when we are in the heat to prevent cramping. The only thing that is a tad different with this version is the tube, which sent my backpack to TSA when traveling.Will put in different packaging for our next trip.

Best thing I've found in a long time. I take one tab in a 20 oz container of water and add 1 packet of orange Emergen-C. It's tastes good and my calves no longer bother me at night. If you are waking up with what is similiar to charlie horse (pain in calves) I would highly recommend this, I take one every other day.

This is the best magnesium supplement you will find, hands down. Highly recommend.

Not fizzy

Refreshing and not in the least gritty, the entire tablet dissolves instantly and there is no aftertaste. Great way to take magnesium.

BEWARE! I would leave a zero rating if I could. If you look at the entire Amazon page of information regarding the product, it never lists ASPARTAME as an ingredient. However, if you magnify the photo of the back of the bottle, you can see it does indeed contain ASPARTAME. I didn't even notice that until I received the product. Which, BTW, the bottles each have the original ingredient listing covered up and restickered with a revised list of information. When I tried to return them, Amazon said the return policy is clear that there is no return. Unless you are OK with ASPARTAME, don't waste your money.
