I was looking for strong magnets to use on a belt clip for my dad to hold tools and items while he is working. These are really strong magnets - so much so that other magnets are frustratingly weak compared to these.

These magnets are SUPER MAGNETIC, so magnetic I couldn't separate them and pull them apart so I could use them - unfortunately, one came broken so I had to return them as there is no replacement for just one magnet. Wish they came a little wider, if they did I would reorder them. THEY ARE TRULY HEAVY DUTY.

Used 2 magnets, face to face, to prevent a heavy drawer from sliding open. Magnets were fine (18 lb draw each) but the adhesive strips used to secure the magnets to the inside drawer facings (they were wood) were woefully inadequate. If you plan on using them in a similar fashion, figure on using some other form of adhesive!

These magnets are nice and strong. I accidentally superglued two together though because the tape wasn’t strong enough and when I went to super glue them onto a surface they snapped together and became glued together. Also I accidentally dropped them on the counter about 6 inches and one broke into pieces. Overall very nice strong magnets you just have to be careful with them.

These magnets are very strong and if you set them next to each other or near metal they will fly into it and possibly shatter. The broken pieces can be very sharp and may cut you. They come with adhesive pads for sticking them to non magnetic items. I bought them to test something I was told. Placing magnets along the bottom of a motorcycle will aid in changing traffic lights triggered by sensors in the pavement. Since I installed them I have not encountered a light that held me up. Incidentally, there are traffic laws for motorcyclists that allow you to proceed through a red light under certain circumstances. “Dead Red Laws” Check your local laws to verify specifically how it is permitted, usually it requires a rider to wait for each direction of traffic to pass through the intersection where it is obvious your lane has been skipped. These laws also allow you to run through when no traffic is present around the intersection and the light does not change. You must however obey the signal and make a complete stop and signal appropriately before proceeding. Moving through an intersection must always be done with safety in mind. Wait for moving vehicles and pedestrians to clear the intersection so you can pass safely.

Received my magnets earlier than expected. They work well. These were a little smaller than previous ones that I had purchased from a different company. They will work for my crafting, specifically my stamping platform. Well, be careful how you close you get them. They arrived fine and I pulled them apart and got them to my platforms fine but while taking pictures for this review, 3 of them got smashed. Glad I got the 10 pack.

Super fragile. Broke 3 of them. I also move them a lot with my laser cutter. That was just just from sticking them back together. Wouldn’t recommend them. Magnetism is good but depending how you use them I would expect to damage a few of them eventually.

My mailbox's plastic latch finally broke after 20 years in the sun -- so my mailbox door stayed open displaying my mail to the neighborhood. I put 3 magnets on the left, and 3 on the right, just inside the opening (1 at the bottom, and 2 layered up top, on both sides). I found that's the right amount of magnetic force to keep the mailbox door shut, but still easy to open. The magnets actually sit flush with the lip of the opening, and the black coating gives them a smooth rust-free surface, so I don't have to worry about them getting knocked out or scratching anyone's hands. They've been in there for months now, with freezing temps, rainy days, and blistering heat, with no sign of wear or movement, and still going strong, keeping my mailbox door closed. I bought extras and fixed a couple neighbors' mailboxes that had the same problem.
