Star Wars The Black Series Clone Captain Rex

Great figure! Got it for myself awhile back. Great details and lots of points of articulation (per usual). Includes removable faceplate, so you can replicate the damaged look supers would show in the Republic Commando video game. A little top heavy, a stand would benefit greatly. Solid figure all around.

Great action figure

Fantastic face printing design. The appearance is stunning and it only shines light to the future of this series. I love the sculpt. The paint applications are flawless. The little tally marks are a great touch! The weathering effect seems natural and in pictures, the figure looks more life like than in the TV series. The likeness is perfect. The articulation of the figure is an upgrade from past gun wielding figures. The double jointed elbow allows for a wide range of poses. A slight nitpick is that the left hand has a horizontal hinge rather than a vertical one which is more natural for pistols. Additionally, my figure had a slight defect on the left arm where it refuses to rotate at the shoulder. I am still able to get great poses though. If you're on the fence, buy it. It's better than I would have imagined. This would also be a great figure to buy for any fan as Captain Rex is easily one of the most recognizable and "coolest" characters. A must for any clone wars fan.

This figure is not bad if you want a Rex figure. It is not the best though. I do like that this helmet is better than the bad batch figure with the cloak. It is a pretty accurate design although the helmet is where I find the hardest to look at. It is not well painted at the visor. It leaves a bit too much empty space unpainted in my opinion. I do like the scope piece attached. It is not super loose so it stands up okay. The cloth part was hard to straighten out. There is no blaster piece as shown in the picture. It only comes with the dual pistols. The pistols fit in the holster okay. It holds well so far. The pistols do not fit im one od the hands well. One hand will have a trigger finger and the other does not so it looks a bit odd when you look at it closely. The figure stands okay and posing is not bad. It has a solid joint. Overall I do like this battle struck rex but the paint on the helmet visor could be better and it is a bit deceiving to have the blaster on the picture but not the actual item. The hand could hands could at least have a trigger finger.

Got as Christmas gift for nephew and he wouldn’t set it down the rest of the day.

Package arrived on time and in excellent condition. No bends or scuffs on the box. A fine addition to my collection. Thank you.
