Really sturdy mattress of very good quality but ultimately far too firm for me. Not the easiest thing to return as moving it back off the bed and downstairs was impossible for me given the weight. But! heavy is good! It stops it from slipping around on your bed 😊 Carriers came and shifted it no bother and I've added a picture of it heading back to Amazon who arranged the return without fuss.Value for money was fantastic as it seems much more expensive than what was paid. I've no doubt this mattress would last you a lifetime. Came vacuum packed, double wrapped and in a box. Easy to open with the wee plastic cutter, included to help you avoid damage. No weird chemical smells as others have reported.Definitely a 5 star from me, despite returning it. Knocking anything off that rating due to personal preference would be extremely unfair. I just needed a really soft mattress and this wasn't it.As a side note, the manufacturer's customer service team did offer a partial refund to allow me to buy a topper but due to living with multiple chronic pain disorders I knew this wouldn't fix it for me. Excellent after sales care.In conclusion, an excellent value for money mattress. Well made, firm, supportive, but not soft or plush.

When I first brought this mattress I wasn't expecting the mattress to be as comfortable as it was, it's firm and very comfortable. I left it open overnight and used the following night. I can feel the mattress supporting my body and it goes back to shape once I'm up. Brilliant for the money and would highly recommend.

I cannot believe how much this mattress exceeded my expectations. I was dubious due to poor experiences of low cost mattresses- but all I can say is WOW! It’s a great mattress of a medium firm comfort. I sleep on it so well. Value for money without compromising on comfort

The mattress took 2 extra days to get to me as the parcel was delayed in transit. I wasn’t informed that the parcel was coming today until it arrived. However, the firmness is amazing for my back, its quality is very good, and its value for money is good. I would like to warn future buyers that it is very heavy so if you plan on taking it up a flight of stairs or 2 then use a second person or third. It’s awkward to manoeuvre and when unwrapping it you need a large space to get all the wrapping off. It comes with a plastic cutter in an envelope so don’t waste your scissors on the wrapping, and make sure you find that first. That’s was one of my hurdles when unwrapping it. Once it inflates, as it’s vacuum packed, let it rise for a few minutes before taking the packaging off. The memory foam is very comfortable, and it’s true to size.

Ordered for our teenage son. He was looking for a soft cloud like mattress but we got this and he just likes it. It’s not cloud like soft- probably medium to med-firm. Seems well made and we are currently on 100 day trial. Hope it lasts many years like his previous mattress! Got on offer so seems a good price

This is a lovely mattress, soft and comfortable. I've had really expensive mattresses as I have arthritis and back problems. This is perfect fir me.
