The magnet is strong enough to hold it in place, but it’s still easy to grab when he needs it. Works perfectly with his Littmann, and he loves how it reduces strain during long shifts.

The clip is cheap non carbon steel that bends as easily as a paper clip. For EMS, a strap for a utility belt would be substantially better. The clip bent out of shape the first jump out of the rig - it is basically useless. So, back around my neck it goes, for now.

I saw a girl at work with something like this, so I bought one. I duno, this one is kind of a pain. the button to close it is cumbersome and the clip is...floppy? I have tried clipping it to different parts of my uniform and it just kind of twists around or completely falls off. to be honest I end up just shoving the whole thing in my pocket which defeats the whole purpose of it.

The faux leather warps over time and results in the steth falling out when you move sometimes. The magnets are also not strong enough to stay closed at all times, making the holder even less secure.
