This is a simple, but complete "starter kit" to hold, cut, and cover your bone-in ham. Assembly was easy and overall it does do the job. On the other hand, you get what you pay for. The stand is made out of soft wood, the flexible cutting knife is a really cheap one (but works), and it is difficult to put the ham cover over the top screw that secures the ham (a simple slit in the round hole would have the job. So, you can buy all these items in a higher quality, but for a much larger price. Overall, I am happy with my purchase of this set for our first Serrano ham. Horrible finish and value for money. Definitely not worth $97 bucks. Worst of all was that no returns were accepted! Amazon had to intercede. What was disappointing: - terrible knife quality and finish, with even notable quality control mistakes in handle and rust on blade - wood base is extremely light and not padded on the bottom, horrible side finishes almost like not filed. Will guarantee to scratch any surface you put it on - knife sharpening tool is flimsy and cheaply finished as well - ham cover is cheap and of that same material as cheap closet suit covers Things that are OK: - tongs are well done and good quality, no rust - metal assemblies of the stand are good and heavy, good screws too

A La jamonera no se lo pudo poner el tornillo de arriba , no le entraba , lo llevé a un herrero para que le soldara una tuerca y poderle pasar el tornillo

Cuando compré, No había ninguna indicación de que el producto podría quedar atorado en aduana por ser madera. Resulta que FedEx y dijo que habría que pagar un impuesto de 1140 pesos para hacer una inspeccion aduanal y que la misma tardías 2 semanas en ser hecha y sin garantía de que el producto sería liberado. Solicite el retorno del producto al proveedor y aún sigo en espera de confirmación de devolución del pago.
