Nice quality silicone pan
This is my first time owning any silicone baking pans but I decided I wanted to give them a try. I knew these weren't really 'muffin' size but I had some apples going bad so decided to make up some quick apple muffins to try out the pans. They worked perfectly! I did use a baking sheet underneath but they muffins came right out of the pan when done which is something I've always had trouble with using typical muffin tins and were perfectly browned. These pans are definitely more short and squat than a typical muffin shape but they still worked fine and I think they would be absolutely perfect for cinnamon rolls or eggs etc. Overall I'm very happy with the product!

Great set of silicone muffin top pans!
This is a really great set of muffin top pans! I don't actually bake, but these are the perfect size for making eggs and sausage patties that fit english muffins perfectly! Eggs in one pan, sausage in the other, when they're done baking assemble the sandwiches with a slice of cheese, wrap in parchment paper, and then freeze in a big ziploc bag, perfect breakfast for grab and (microwave and) go! And much cheaper than the store bought freezer sandwiches!I also noticed that these are the perfect size the uncrustables press that i have. Next time I might try making uncrustable breakfast pockets with the eggs and sausage instead of english muffins!

Great for baking and steaming
I primarily use this for steaming rice cakes and they turn out great. You definitely need to spray a bit of non-stick to help the release. Without butter or oil, it will tend to cling to the silicone a bit. I did cut up the tray so they fit in my steamer but that didn't impact its functionality.

Easy to clean, they work
I've never used silicone muffin pans before so this has been a learning experience for me. I made egg muffins and definitely needed a cookie sheet underneath in order to keep them from spilling. The silicone is very pliable and I was worried about dumping the contents. I have always used non-stick spray on my muffin tins, or liners so being able to use these without the spray or liners was different for me. My eggs popped right out of the cups without issue. I was very happy with the results, and running them through the dishwasher cleaned them up just great. Very happy with these cups!

Great for freezing chile sauce in small portions
I bought this for freezing chile sauce after making a big batch. This enables me to freeze in small portions. Once frozen, i will combine the portions into a ziplock, and then can defrost portions as i need them! This is a great size for what I'll use it for (larger than typical muffin tins). The silicone seems durable and i expect these will last a long time. Great product!

Cooks eggs good
I tried to cook three different styles of eggs at one time with this today. They were: Poached, Muffin sandwich style and Scrambled. I was going to set the mold into a pan with a low amount of boiling water to then cover for 4-5 minutes. We don't have a pan large enough for this to fit. So, I go to plan B.Plan B is our countertop convection oven. It has a setting for "poach". So i threw caution to the wind and tried it. The process for the oven was 20 minutes in all. About the time to do the water, cover and cook for the method I wanted to try. If you try this method, I recommend taking 1-2 minutes off of the time. The poached egg was on its way to being full hard. As for the other two, they were not overdone, but they were close, so I would reduce the time on those as well.Even though I oiled the inside of the cups rather well, the poached and muffin style stuck to the silicon. I am going to try butter next time. Oddly, the scrambled eggs came out cleanly. It was just the whites of the eggs that were the problem so that probably contributed to the scrambled eggs not sticking. It did take a bit of scrubbing to get the stuck egg white completely out.We plan on using these to feed the hoard known as our grandchildren. We will be able to do six items at once which will help greatly. We also want to try to bake mini cakes or other small pastries.
