Box broken but money refunded.
The box containing the beads was broken. I asked for a new one, instead they refunded the whole amount! Amazing service. The beads themselves are lovely and just right for my needs.

I like the variety
Have been using these beads for an embroidery project and so far so good. They seem well shaped and I've not found any mis-shaped ones or blocked up holes. The colours are pretty and I would order again.
