Don't Tug Too Hard
If you live in an area where you have to park outside during snowy weather, you should know how inconvenient it is to clear your windshield of ice and snow.I was looking forward for this windshield snow cover to be the solution. Unfortunately, I was too lazy to go measure the windshield on my Ford F-150 truck, and, just ordered the larger unit. Needless to say it didn't fit - was not wide enough. As I was trying to see if it could still be used with less windshield coverage, I tugged a little too hard and the side mirror "mitten" yanked clear off in one swoop. If the manufacturer had intended the mirror mittens to be an anchor point, then they should definitely have reinforced it more - with thicker material or a piece of stitched webbing.Besides, the above user-error/snafu, the door flaps were very secure in holding the cover to the vehicle. The magnets are not very strong - and in a snowstorm with high winds, I would not expect the magnets to keep the cover from flapping on the hood. If you are handy, you could stitch 2-3 Neodymium bar magnets onto the cover (which you can find on Amazon - I would recommend at least 60 x 10 x thicker is better). The main fabric, otherwise, is strong, lightweight, and foldable -- similar to a dashboard sunshade.Despite, my product failure experience, I still think that this is a decent product. If they had a larger size, I would still consider getting one and expect to use the mirror covers as standalone mittens versus an all-in-one unit.

Only kind of fits on 2023 Toyota Corolla
I figured a Toyota Corolla being one of the smaller cars out there, that this windshield cover would fit. The pockets that go over the sideview mirrors will go on, but it is a big stretch and one that I don't think this cover will hold up to with repeated use. However, it will not be getting repeated use as the main windshield cover doesn't even cover the whole front windshield. Most of it, but not all, which means when moisture is coming down, it will definitely be getting on/in areas of that front windshield. Not sure where the supposed magnetic edges are, didn't feel anything different and nothing appeared to stick to the car. The little side flaps which are to be anchored in the windows barely reach so will be pretty ineffective. However, with the cover pockets on the side mirrors, the cover is well anchored, so the little flaps wouldn't need to be used.

I guess it fits 2014 Prius...
I don't see any evidence of magnets, and it's a little shorter than the window, so I don't know what good they'll do since they don't reach the body. There's a black plastic thingie that I can't figure out. Anti-theft?Other than that, I like the fabric and it looks like it's sewn well. You'll need a place to hang it up to dry when you remove it from your car with frost or snow on it.

Year round protection
Whether the weather is hot or wether the weather is cold, protecting your car just got easier. With winter fast approaching, I absolutely do not want to be delayed in the morning and standing in the cold scraping ice of my windshield. This cover is super easy to install and stays in place especially thanks to its magnetic edge. I will be using year round! In the summer, it should keep the inside of my car a few degrees cooler I expect. The material appears durable and the design is simple yet very effective. Overall, a practical addition to any vehicle.

Works as expected
This thing seems durable and does prevent the windshield from frosting. Not yet below zero but I imagine it’s the same then too. Will update if anything else happens.

It's definitely cheaply made. Could potentially damage your car.
I have to agree with other reviewers, this is really cheaply made. If you're familiar with that really thin black material, that gets stapled to the bottom of box springs and couches, that's what the bottom layer of this is made of... That stuff tears just by looking at it. It's only function is to keep spiders out. The top layer is made of that ultra thin popup tent material, which also tears just by looking at it. Snow and ice are heavy. One good pull on this thing, with heavy snow on it, is definitely going to tear it. Also, the magnets, that are supposed to help it stay on the hood, don't even reach to the metal part of the hood on my ford fusion. Even if they did reach, they are the weakest magnets ever, and definitely wouldn't hold under any kind of wind. The only other way to secure this would be to put your wipers on top of it, which is really asking for trouble, because the wipers would get ice frozen into this cover, and you wouldn't be able to get this thing off without cutting it, or damaging your wipers... and if a good wind comes, this cover would act like a sail and rip your wipers off of your car. Basically, this looks like a good idea, but in practice, it's a nightmare waiting to happen. This is just conjecture for now, but I'm an inventor, so I look at things from every angle, and there are flaws all over this design. Good luck.
