Strong magnet. I definitely recommend purchasing this as a separate item if you have any electronics coming because they will package them literally next to . Quick to put together a telescoping handle was great and the magnet was strong. It picked up a ton of nails and debris from our home renovation before carpet went down that the contractors missed.

I bought this to pick up screws and small metal pieces in the garage. It works well and the magnet is strong enough for the little stuff I usually drop. My only issue is that the pickup head is smaller than I expected, so it takes a few passes if there are a lot of nails or screws. Still, for the price, it’s useful and worth keeping around.

Broke after not too long. I was using it a little hard, I will admit.

I needed a low cost magnet to run through the ashes of my burnpile to find unburned screws, nails, hinges, etc. This did the job quite nicely. It isn't overly large so I had to run through the pile multiple times but the magnet has good strength and it is a very good value for the money. I like that the telesoping handle doesn't require much space in my garage.

The Magnet is very strong, terlescopic handle is not strong enough broke with just the weight of the magnet attached to it, now have to return the unit to get a refund Amazon cannot replace the unit. Do not bother with this item
