Good replacement
I bought this because the replacement charger from phillips was ridiculously expensive.My genuine sonicare charger is packed somewhere among stored belongings and will eventually reappear. In the meantime, this replacement is serving well. Is convenient because it plugs into a usb slot and is small to carry when traveling. So far, so good.

Poor quality item
Arrived on time so can't fault the delivery, product however did not work so had to be returned. This was a replacement for the same item which fell apart and was purchase only 6 months ago. Maybe just bad luck!

Don’t buy this piece of crud
Do not buy! This must be a scam because they figure people can’t be bothered to post it back because the item actuallu feels devoid of internal electronics. It is just an empty charging base and a useless cord. Beware!
