Verydeal New ~ Full LCD Display + Touch Screen Digitizer for Asus Google Nexus 7

This is my second replacement having broken the screen again. A very easy fix simply go to YouTube and watch the replacement of Nexus 7 touch screen. It may appear complex but follow the video sequence and all is well.There is no need to reinstall apps, but suggest backing up of your data although it proved unecessary on both occasions.The screen arrived quickly and well packed and everything fit perfectly and works like new. Much better to fix than buy new.

Easy to fit after following guides on Youtube but screen does not seem as responsive as the original with lag before tablet responds.

UPDATE: Just went to use my tablet after leaving it in a drawer for a while and the display is completely broken. The images are just all distorted and bizzare, and it conks out completely just after displaying the 'Google' bootup logo, where it sits until you turn the device off. The digitiser seems to still work, as I am able to turn off the tablet using the normal method by guessing where the buttons should be. I have taken the tablet apart again and re-seated all of the connectors to no avail. Please see images of the screen's current state.High quality replacement screen, fitted perfectly into my Nexus 7.Just a couple of points:This doesn't come with part of the video cable, I panicked a bit but found you can remove the inch-long piece of ribbon from the old screen (it's just a push on connector) and plug it into the new screen. Just something to bear in mind when installing it.A minor issue is when I have the display at low brightnesses the backlight does occasionally flicker. Now, this may be something as simple as me not plugging in the cables well enough, and it doesn't cause me a major issue, but it is worth bearing in mind. This is the only reason for the dropped star.

Product arrived quickly but on installation part of the screen did not function correctly. I contacted the seller and after a couple of emails a second screen was promptly dispatched. This time the screen functions perfectly and one month on still seems as responsive as the original unit. All in all very happy with this product and the customer service I received.

Arrived quickly and works perfectly. This is a heavy screen due to the digitiser being attached. Buy decent double sided tape. I bought 3M 3000LSE.

This lasted a short while but split quickly with lots of fraying. Good idea but pay a bit more for quality.

A very good quality replacement, only one thing on the underside of the very edge was a tiny chip( this was not because of poor shipping materials they are very adequate ) but I just touched it with a black permanent marker and once the screen was in place it was unnoticeable, very happy.
