As i get older, I have began to notice feelings of bloating, fatigue and some sluggishness with my metabolism. My friends had suggested a liver and colon cleanse. I bought this supplement based on the natural ingredients. The bottle arrived quickly with no damage and was sealed with a protective cover. I love that the capsules have no foul smell or after taste. So far, it’s been good and I have started to feel a little lighter and less bloated. No side effects or cramps. I have a very sensitive stomach and out of an abundance of caution, i started out with one capsule/day. Happy to say that I have had no upset stomach (which is typically the case when i take new supplements or medicine). I have since started taking the 3 capsules (as directed) and no issues. It’s a great supplement.

I didn’t really feel or see a difference with this cleanse. It’s not one of those aggressive cleanses. If you’re looking for that then I suggest “The Cleaner”.
