Leg press feels good again
Works great. Exactly what I needed, leg press feels amazing now. No lower back issues due to limited hip mobility.

I used this wedge for the first time today on the leg press. After 28 years of bodybuilding my lower back gives a bit of trouble when I try to get a full range of motion. I was very pleased with this product as it did exactly what it is said to do.. I would encourage anyone to purchase his product to help you get a full range of motion without rolling your spine. No Bigg deal but it's a decent Wedge
Now, I can't say I used this much for a proper leg press. I tried some poses that would result in similar posture and it was decently beneficial in those. My curiosity was more whether this could be used for... alternative vigorous "exercises". Exercises that might, say, require a boost for a smaller user with a larger... exercising partner. It held up decently in these exercises, definitely. It stays clean, stays in place, and provides a useful little boost. Unfortunately, the pad IS pretty firm. Depending on the user, this might not be a problem for you, we just felt it was more firm than necessary. Still, for support during exercise it's probably best to ere on the side of caution and use a stiff wedge like this.

Back saver
If you have lower back issues this pad may help. In my case S1L5 disc herniation. I thought what the heck give it a try.. My first thought was this is really a premium price for a piece of hard foam and if it didn't work I was sending it back for a refund. Well, all I can say is this is KEEPER! I used it yesterday on my Leg Press machine and loaded it up and knocked out 4 heavy sets. No irritation no lower back pain today. Legs are sore but back is spared of any pain. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS !

Awesome for calf stretching, not so much for less press.
I tried this on a 90-degree seat angle squat machine. The new angle this created was very awkward. For me, it didn't enhance the exercise's range of motion or in any way add to its comfort. The foam is much harder and less comfortable than the standard padding on any leg press machine. If it had enhanced the movement somehow, I could have accepted the lack of comfort, but for me, it doesn't. The foam is clearly durable and will last forever. I do love this pad for an entirely different purpose: calf stretching. I put this against a wall, stand on it one foot at a time, and give my calf muscle a deep stretch. If you want an even deeper stretch, pull it away from the wall a foot or two, stand on it, and lean forward against the wall. The rise angle is larger than many dedicated calf stretcher wedges, which is great. It's really comfortable to stand on with bare feet and you don't slip, but the price is a bit high for what it is.

Works great and as expected.
I wanted more ROM with my leg press machine and came across this pad. This definitely worked for me and gave the stretch I needed. This is a great addition and works as expected.

Great If You're Using a Smith Machine for Leg Presses
I had pretty low expectations for this. I've been using a smith machine for leg presses and thought this might help. I fully expected to have to return it. It does - its a huge help. I lie under the smith machine, put my feet on the bar (the bar height is adjustable, and so its at the down position), and then slide the wedge beneath me and underneath my back. It takes alot of pressure off my back, and seems to put my legs into a much more comfortable postion when fully extended then if I dont use the wedge. So I'll definitely be keeping it. The only reason I didnt give it 5 stars is because its seems pretty overpriced considering what it is.
