Good monitor

I ordered 10 new monitors, but among them 1 unit turned out to be used, and moreover, the necessary cables for that monitor (Power cable and DP cable) were also missing. I informed the seller about this issue, and they asked me to return the monitor. However, since I live in an Asian country, the shipping cost is expensive, and delivery takes around 1 month. I explained this situation to the seller, but they said they could not help me. I also asked them to provide at least a small compensation, but they refused. Overall, the remaining 9 monitors are of very good quality, and regardless of this issue, the monitors themselves are good quality.

This is probably the nicest gaming monitor I’ve had to date and I had 2 360 hz monitors both felt great but were never too much different in terms of 1080 quality. The 500 hz is well worth the price (400$ at the time ) but the quality of the screen is impressive as well I’d say you could almost call it 2k it looks so clean! And the response time is almost instant playing games if you have the money and pc to run this monitor at its full capacity do it

Monitor worked at 500hz for about 4 months, then had to be turned down to 480hz. It would then intermittently black screen and have to be power cycled to work. Now I’m down to 360hz and am assuming it will continue to fail. I am now spending hours of time trouble shooting with Dell to the extent they had me gather full windows logs and are telling me to reinstall my operating system. DO NOT BUY ANY DELL PRODUCTS

Coming from a laptop purchasing a new setup my first monitor I bought was 240hz 27 inch. The 27 in screen was overwhelming to me in game so I decided to downsize and go with this 24.5in Alienware. This thing is Amazing. Great picture quality. No issues setting up with linux as well. system automatically recognized it and it's higher refresh rate.

I really wanted to love this monitor. The picture quality and smoothness are amazing — 500Hz is no joke, everything feels incredibly fast and responsive, especially in FPS games. However, after about a month of normal use, the joystick/button started malfunctioning. The OSD menu began opening and navigating by itself, and eventually the monitor got stuck on OSD lock. I couldn’t unlock it even after trying all the basic troubleshooting steps. This clearly feels like a hardware defect, which is disappointing at this price point. Amazon support was great and helped with the return, but I expected better reliability from a premium monitor like this. Great performance, but questionable build quality.

Off the rip this monitor is amazing, very easy to assemble, no screws etc, it’s on the lighter side as in weight, and performs like a beast, I was hearing some other people say the brightness looks bad but no it looks perfectly fine on my end and I even messed with the settings and it looks even better, very responsive as well, the last complain I saw was that it gets hot and that’s not true at all mine is actually cold and cool and I have a hot room. Overall 5/5 stars I would recommend and only to people who can get the full 500 fps other wise it’s not worth it unless you are thinking about upgrading your pc.

Brilliant monitor, great refresh rate. Really delighted with purchase for my son who is extremely happy.

Comprar este monitor fue la PEOR decisión que pude tomar. El monitor me duró solamente 1 año antes de tener problemas en el panel, y como este vendedor manda los monitores desde USA no te hacen válida la garantía si estás en otro país. 17 mil pesos tirados a la basura, escojan otra opción u otro vendedor que si esté en México.

if God made the world in 6 days then He spent 3 weeks making this. It is engineered to perfection. SOLID. Smartest stand design ever. STURDY. This makes all the other monitors I owned look like old microwaves. You wont regret any aspect of this purchase.

Absolute garbage, do not buy. If you are like me and wanted a 500hz monitor - first and foremost, it's not worth it. You are better off with some 240hz OLED for similar money. This model however has some serious issues as the sole reason you want this monitor - the refresh rate - does not work. After a system restart my monitor stopped showing true 500hz and after running some diagnostics the maximum range on it defaulted to 255hz (it was not even showing that). I fixed this once by connecting the DP to my laptop and somehow magically that reset the screen to be able to run at 500hz again (mind you, you will see 500hz in windows settings, but in actually the screen runs by my estimates about the same as my 144hz). After another system restart, this fix no longer works. After spending hours and hours trying to factory reset, different DP ports, different everything the 500hz never came back. Absolute garbage that I am going to return.
