Q: Can I use this manual tiller to prep my flower box for next spring?

Hello , yes that is exactly what i bought it for.. I have enclosed circles surrounded by rocks so i needed this to till up the dirt for new plants without making a mess in the rocks. Good for smaller areas

Q: What's this hand tiller made of?

Hi, this tiller comes in three metal parts which are connected with bolts. Easy to assemble. The big advantage of this style is that it is easier on the back than spade fork tillers. This model also has large foot plate and good handle which many do not. The main disadvantage is that it is difficult to use on very hard and compact ground (clay soil etc). I recommend and use this in my raise beds.

Q: Why can't i get there screwed tightened? I've followed the directions but i just can't get them tight

You must hold the back screw tightly while turning the other screw. You may need someone to hold it for you if you are unable to do both at the same time.

Q: Does this twist tiller remove grass?

Hi, no. This tiller does not work well with grass. Suggest space fork tiller for grassy areas.
