Buy once, cry once...nice product!
I found the product to be of high quality and fairly easy to install. If you can assemble IKEA furniture, you can handle putting together this dual monitor setup although you may find the instructions comparably frustrating to what comes with that IKEA furniture. I recently purchased a 2nd 32" Dell monitor and wanted to operate dual monitors on on my desk. They were not the same model and had slightly different factory stands so they screens didn't line up perfectly. I also wanted to be able to rotate one of the monitors around so that someone sitting across from my desk could view a screen. Each monitor weighs about 23 lbs so I didn't want to purchase something that was barely rated to handle it. The PETROSEN HD monitor stand seemed to fit the bill pretty well and I'm happy with the purchase after getting it setup. INSTALLATION: The instructions that come with it are almost completely based on diagrams with very little written instruction. That being said, the instructions are fairly intuitive and they only had me guessing a few times. I chose to drill a hole through my desktop as I felt that mounting option would be the sturdiest. Fortunately I was able to drill a hole once and make it work however the base of the mount is about 3" deep x 4" wide so it would conceal mistakes if you needed to relocate it a few inches in any direction. I did manage to brake one of the plastic pieces that helps hide the wires on one of the monitor arms but I may have been able to avoid that if I paid closer attention to the diagram in the instructions. I spent just as much time trying to figure out out how to remove the factory stands from my monitors before attaching the mounting plates to them. The package comes with two Allen keys to do most of the installation steps however I'd recommend also having a Phillips head screwdriver on hand for the assembly. OPERATION: After installation, I had to make very little adjustment to get the monitors aligned and they are holding their position well. It accomplished my goals of aligning the screens while also allowing me to rotate one around for someone sitting opposite my desk. I also have them elevated a little more than where they were positioned with the factory stands which also has freed up some desk surface. OVERALL THOUGHTS: This is a well designed dual monitor stand that can handle some large and heavy screens. It did cost more than several of the options I looked at but they are well built and I don't have concern that my monitor arms will sag our worse yet, topple and cause damage to my monitors. If you are looking for a high quality dual monitor stand, I believe you will be very happy with this one.

Works well, easy installation
Nice dual monitor arm. The quality seems good and the instructions are clear enough (think Ikea furniture instructions). I'm using it with dual 27" monitors (horizontal) and it seems to hold them up as expected with no adjustments. They move nicely and the quick-release monitor attachment is very nice. What is odd is that they seem to have had ideas of routing cables through the base but they abandoned that idea. There are two small holes on either side of the base and additional holes at the back; so you can route a small cable (from the back out the side) through one or both sides. I ran a USB-C cable through the back and out one side to attach to a USB hub to sit right next to the base. This isn't a huge bonus, but it is unexpected and completely undocumented. There is also a small plastic tab on the top of the base that they also had ideas for...you may be able to make use of this one too. The description of the product says "the base has no USB/Type-C ports—holes are decorative only: so they are clearly telling the buyer that you can do what you want with these mysterious holes, but they aren't advertising anything. I'm thinking an engineer went rogue and got shut down by the accounting department. Pro-tip - before you mount the arms just remove the cable guides to see how they work. They aren't complicated but if you already mounted the arms like a monkey with a mission (i.e. me), you will have to spend a few minutes playing with them to figure out how they slide out (they slide length wise). It's super easy once you know. The cable guides feel flimsy but they work. I'd prefer metal guides.

Works perfect
This monitor arm works great! Super easy to set up, holds both monitors nice and steady. Adjusts smoothly to any angle I want. Saves so much desk space, makes the whole setup look clean and neat. Really helps my posture when I work long hours. Solid build, totally worth it, would recommend!

First impressions were great but it didn't work for me.
So this didn't work out for me as expected. It's sill usable but for my setup it will only work as a side by side where both monitors are in landscape mode. I have a 27 inch and a 34 inch widescreen monitor, I was hoping to stack them on top or use one monitor in portrait and the other in landscape. This options didn't workout when stacked the lower monitor has to be so low to the desk that there is barely any space between the desk and the monitor. This also places it below my eyeliner so that was another negative for me. I think this could have been remedied if they offer an extension tube so that the arms can be moved further up. When trying to have one monitor in portrait and the other in landscape I had to have the arms bent in awkward ways, I also have to mention my desk is close to the wall so I can push the arms past the desk. Because of this I couldn't get the configuration I wanted with out have a huge gap between the two monitors. This of course is because I'm using two different monitor styles which is understandable. Overall the quality of the arm is great and I think it would work best if I had two identical monitors. Setup was easy the videos in this product page helped. The only caveat is that you have to take the mount apart if you need to make adjustments like moving it to the left or the right. I originally placed it dead center to my desk but that didn't work out so I had to disassemble it three times before I had it where I wanted it.

Strong, Space-Saving Dual Monitor Arm – Highly Recommend!
This dual monitor arm is very strong and well built. It holds my heavy ultrawide monitors firmly with no shaking or sagging. The vertical stacked design saves a lot of desk space and makes my setup look clean and organized. The arm is fully adjustable, so it’s easy to find the perfect height and angle. Installation was simple and quick. I’m very happy with this purchase.

a bit short for vertical dual 21:9
Really great stand. Sturdy, well built with nice features and at a fantastic price point compared to the Ergotrons. I can't imagine what the Ergotrons would really improve on for 3x the price. Maybe a slightly sleeker design? But be honest, if you're stacking dual ultrawides your desk setup is anything but sleek no matter how nice your monitor stand is. Especially the set screws which have a little shroud to prevent them from scratching/gouging the post. Springs adjust well to hold any height/tilt for large monitors. Monitor mounting and removal is very smooth with the thumb screw - my old monitor arm had a spring-tab you had to push down while lifting the monitor out. Kinda difficult to do while also holding a big monitor. This one has a thumbscrew you remove and just tilt and lift the monitor out. Nice. When it says it supports dual ultrawides up to 49", this means the 32:9 aspect ratio ones, which have a lower vertical height than 21:9 or 21:10 displays with a smaller diagonal measurement. I have 2x 21:9 widescreen monitors, a 38" and a 40" which are 15.5" and 16.5" in the vertical dimension. A normal 49" ultrawide with 32:9 aspect ratio is only about 14.5" high. The stand will accommodate the two large 21:9s, but just barely. The bottom monitor is sitting right on the desk and the top monitor is at the maximum height with only maybe an inch of slop to adjust things vertically. A 2" taller main pole would probably fix this but honestly it's not a very ergonomic setup anyway, the vertical height means you have to look UP quite a ways to see the top screen, so it's understandable the stand wasn't designed for this extremely niche setup.

DO NOT BUY!!!
DO NOT BUY THIS!!!! I bought this about a year or so ago. It was fine at first, and then today, it fell over. The dual monitors I had (my set up is in the middle of the room) slid back, and the whole thing collapsed while I was away. It looked like the metal latch that attaches to the desk bent, probably from the monitors sliding back, and caused both my monitors to fall on the floor. When I came back home, I was extremely upset. My Samsung Odyssey G8 is now cracked. This item caused my $800+ monitor to break, and is now unusable.

recommended!
This mount is incredibly sturdy and handles my heavy ultrawide screen with ease. The vertical stacking saves tons of desk space, and the adjustments are smooth and precise. It feels premium and rock-solid. A perfect, clutter-free solution for any serious workstation

Consigliato.

Does what it says on the box
I have 2 x 35.5-inch widescreen curved Samsung 4 K monitors. You might get 2 x 36 inches, but no more, if you want side-by-side. The arm works to allow side-by-side. Super sturdy and well-built. The arm supports the weight and is adjustable. These monitors are heavy. It is effortless to assemble and easy to adjust to the correct weight tension; the tilt tension is super solid and adjustable as well. Cable tidy is super handy, and the desk space is free now, which makes this super worthwhile. As I am greedy, I also have 2 x 36 LG 4ks at Home, so I may get another arm for home as well.

Weight capacity not as advertised
Bought this to hold my 49" Odyssey G9 because it had good reviews online. Disappointed when installed because while the arm itself holds the weight of the monitor, the tilt mechanism doesn't so saying it holds 44lbs seems misleading. Now I'm trying to find something to jam into the locking mechanism to keep it from tilting down everytime
