NOT decoupage!
This is magazine page type paper. Thick and glossy. No transparency, no way for the glue to absorb. Total waste of money.

Paper too thick…packaging inadequate.
Paper is bright and color. But there was no cardboard in the packaging and it was delivered in a plastic mail bag and the paper sheets were folded. The paper is too thick to use as decoupage.
