For people such as myself who is on a low-carb/Keto diet, these hit that spot. Taste is funny at first, sort of like toasted rice mixed with vanilla protein powder but definitely has sweetness from the sucralose used. I would recommend eating your first one and then abstaining for a bit, the flavor can off put some people (my mother who is a diabetic, for example), but once you try a third or fourth, you'll start to enjoy them as a dessert/reward snack.

Need scissors to open each snack. While the snack is crispy and consistency similar to rice crispy bars, they have a rather strange taste.

Yes, yes, yes. These are my current favorite protein bar. I was eating IQ bars for a while because I thought thought they had a good protein to calorie ratio (12 / 180)… but THESE bars have a better ratio (12 / 140). Man… I need to be careful with my wallet. These bars are as close to perfect as you can get. I don’t feel addicted, like I want to eat the whole box in a day, because the bars really satisfy me for hours. I’ve been eating them for lunch at work (plus one other snack to get my calories in) and don’t feel hungry again until dinner. The bars have 0 grams of sugar, yet they’re sticky, crunchy, sweet, and satiating. I feel like Remi from Ratatouille trying to describe what the firework colors are in his head when he eats the food. Iisssoooggguuuuddd.

From the little I’ve had (because my son attacks this like it’s disappearing tomorrow) well worth it! Son has officially been diagnosed with gluten sensitivity, and we all agree the flavors are good!

I was so excited to try these, as I love the cereal. Sadly, it's a no for me. I can't get over the texture.Dry & Gritty.

Good protein bar with good ingredients. I like that it has decent protein and no sugar.

These are good, but not a "true" rice crispy treat flavor... They have an almost i want to say toasted flavor, and it's good. Just not what i initially expected.

Not too bad, don’t buy very many they send you ones that expire in a few months.
