Compact and strong
Great product! Especially enjoyed that it was already put together and oiled when I opened it up! I’m a 65 yr old mom with little knowledge of power tools, so I was appreciative for the help!

Such a great little chain saw
I’ve never used a chain saw before so I thought I’d start out with this one because it was less intimidating. It’s perfect for cutting small limbs. Came with 2 batteries, safety goggles, oil and excellent directions. The battery life is superb.

This version is junk
I had an earlier model their saw and work really well. One day it fell off the bench and broke where the handle meets the battery access. Tried to buy another one but that version was no longer available so I got this one. This lasted all of 4 cuts and it died. I contact the seller about any warranty and they offered a refund or a new saw. I stupidly opted for a saw which lasted about a half hour of cutting dead brush. The motor spins but the chain doesn't move. I finished my work with the old saw with the battery dangling. I contacted the seller again with no response, so I'll look elsewhere.

Cuts very good but chain is always coming loose even though I use both ways to tighten and one battery will not fully charge and charger will not show that!

Impressive
Does everything it says. I cut limbs from 1/2" to 4" just to try to torture it. Smaller stuff will buzz right through. Be patient but it will cut 4" limbs. The battery life if good too. This little tool is shockingly tough and at a very good value.
