I don’t have terrible knees but once in a while they will creek and crack and some dull pain will come in but I have been taking these for a while now and I am practically knee pain free! Again it wasn’t terrible before but the fact that it’s noticeable now with no knee pain is fantastic! To start off I mean these do look of high quality and that’s always a question right ? Dozens of supps on there that do the sameThing but I’m glad that these actually worked for me! I would definitely recommend to others as well

I like that one capsule is all that is needed. I have bought others that require 3 or twice a day. Not sure it really has much benefits but I am willing to see. But don't think it's a miracle pill. I do like the brand name the other products are good.

I've heard a lot of hype about tumeric and the benefits it provides. I'm hoping that it helps with my joints and heart health. I've only started taking it so I haven't seen any noticable difference. At this point I just have to hope it's doing good things for me. One thing that is a bit annoying is that the instructions say to take 30 mins before a meal. Most pills are taken with meals, so it's sometimes hard to remember 30 mins prior to eating. It came packaged well and seems to be of high quality.
