Junky Product
This product is a total Junk, poorly made. took weeks to arrive and the carton was crushed like a football .it doesn't heat, the ceramic plate was installed not straight. it is not UL-approved and this is not even safe to use. Don't buy it!

Works really well.
This is excellent for knocking the chill out of a larger room. Heats up a small room very nicely. Do NOT touch the front of it when it's hot. Keep everything a good distance from it. I don't know yet how it'll affect my electric bill but according to my friend who recommended it, it should be better than using the big stand alone electric heaters. I've ordered two more so here's hopin' . BTW with the round plug (it's 3 pronged) at the bottom of the socket you can push a button on the back of the device to turn it directionally up, right or down. It cannot be turned to the left. Still it is nice to have options.

Item was broken on arrival
The product is intended to have a display screen to read temperature, fan speed, etc. The screen did not light up, nor did the generic On Light. Fan ran for 3 seconds and shut off. Very poor quality product.

Personal heater
This will not provide heat as a main source. Good for small areas like under your computer desk. Sitting in a sofa and so on.

one of the prongs bent in half the 3rd time I unplugged it, and the remote never worked

Too little heat for anything but a very small
IMP It doesn’t really generate enough heat, unless you are in a very very small room and are basically right on top of it.

Heater and lights
The heater was great and lights were very nice but one didn’t work over all both were great

Came damaged
Poorly packaged. Dented boxes and plugs bent. Straightened one of the plugs, plugged it in and it fell out of the wall before I could even program it! Poorly designed too! Tried to replace or return and was denied. Originally thought it was made in the USA. Come to find out it’s from damn Iran! Don’t buy this piece of junk! Waste of money and mad at Amazon. The customer Service is equally incompetent. No help at all. Bought 2 for Christmas presents. This whole experience just sucks!
