SAS Women's, Cozy Slide Sandal

These were comfortable right out of the box! No “breaking them in”, no blisters, no sore arches. I put them on in the morning, and they felt like the ones I had just replaced after about a year of daily wear. (My puppy ate my old ones!) I wouldn’t give it a ton of style points, but if you want shoes that are comfortable and durable, these are the ones you want! I have tried birkenst*cks on in the shoe store, and my feet were cramped up and the arch supports were too high and after hobbling around I realized I don’t have Birkenst*ck feet - these, though are perfect for me. They mean the difference between going to a museum, aquarium, shopping, or the park with my family vs. staying home due to foot pain. (For reference I am overweight and have suffered with heel spurs and plantar fasciitis for years).

Wore this shoe for 3 years and I had to order another pair. This design is so comfortable for feet that tend to swell by the end of the day, and also helps with lowering the pain from plantar fasciitis .

I’m sure these shoes are comfortable since I have other SAS shoes. Ordered a narrow since I have really narrow feet. Thought with the Velcro I would be able to use them but didn’t work. The sole and footbed part still seemed to be too wide. Guess they figured with them having Velcro they’d work but not always. I’ve tried others with Velcro and if the sole and footbed isn’t narrow it doesn’t work.

I have been on a hunt for a comfortable pair of sandals easy to slide in and out and to carry for traveling and my goodness this is probably the most supportive and most comfortable pair I have ever worn. It is on the pricey end for sandals but it is absolutely worth it IMO. Love that the straps are adjustable so I can wear it around with socks on!

Have purchased this shoe in darker colors over the years. Always satisfied. Could not locate the lighter summer colors, tho available at SAS web site, not at local retailer. Very pleased to find the perfect color at Amazon. Very comfortable and easy to size perfectly w/the Velcro tabs.

I have been like Goldilocks trying to find the perfect around-the house slippers. Regular house slippers were too soft without enough support, or the footbed was not firm enough, or too firm… Arches were too high, too low, or slippers would fall apart or collapse after a few months.And I always figured why pay high amounts for slippers if I am just going to throw them out in a few months. Then I started adding up the costs. In 8 years I have gone through 16 pairs of slippers. That adds up!So this time I decided that I was going to spend a little more and buy a decent pair of outdoor sandals. I wanted them to be comfy too (no hard cork footbed) because of the heel pain I get with hard soles. I figured Amazon. Free returns.I got the 10W. I wear about a 9 ½. My foot is medium rather than wide, but I wanted something adjustable since I was planning to wear them in the house with socks.These are perfect. Solved all my problems. No more heel pain, proper alignment, just enough arch support, and wide enough not to press on my toes but still stay secure. I can use them as slip-ons and wear them all day without pain.Spend the money. Try these. If they don’t work, don’t just try to suck it up; return them and find something else. But spend every day of the return window wearing them around the house and you might end up being like me – believing that these will be the last pairs of slippers you have to buy.
