zeitzone Designer Bathtub Tray

I purchased this as an Xmas present for my wife who loves a bath and also a glass of wine and to read a book, so in my mind the ideal gift.It did arrive a few days late for Xmas but that was only part of the problem, the main issue was that the book frame had been assembled incorrectly and therefore did not function correctly, it also looked as if it been damaged.I returned the bath tray and received a full replacement and then purchased one from another seller which I am very pleased with.The tray is a good design, I just got a faulty one.

Really poor quality! Holes for movable pieces not filed properly so sharp and poles don't fit in. Main basket also not soldered properly so hanging off!! Really disappointed with this product! Would expect much better quality for the price!!

This item was too wide for the bath, so, we trimmed the adjustable bars, we then realised that the bars were twisted so do not lie across the bath evenly, also the tray is no robust and a few of the bars since we purchased it have snapped.

Really useful for enjoying me time.
