Do the mycelium have the same compounds in them as the fruiting bodies? All the information I have seen/heard has focused on the mushrooms not roots.

How is the myecelium separated from the substrate it grows on? Or is this product mostly substrate?

no separated, probably most of it would be rice bran substrate as carbs.
