Product works as intended
I bought this magnesium to compliment the other magnesium supplement that I am taking. It is working as I expected it to work.

Easy to take and really does seem to work
The size of the pill is about 2 mm long and 0.75 mm wide as you can see from the attached image. The color is white, and based on the weight, seems to be mostly filler, though I'm not sure what the filler is.The pill is easy to swallow and does not have a noticeable taste. What I really like though is that this does seem to really work to improve mood. Since starting to take this it seems like my mood is improved on days I take it versus days that I do not take it. This may be a placebo effect, but for the price, even if it is, your body needs magnesium and most people don't get enough so it's still worth it in my mind.

Can cross into the brain
Magnesium L-threonine is the only form that has been shown in studies to cross the blood brain barrier. It was invented by some scientists at MIT and China and has been patented by them and is called "Magtein." This bottle doesn't say that it has Magtein. Could it be generic magnesium L-threonine? I don't know if something generic can be manufactured and sold if it is protected by a patent.Anyway, I think I am sleeping a little better with these, and perhaps my brain fog in the afternoons has improved, but I don't know if these pills or the placebo effect is responsible. Anyway, I do recommend it based on the scientific principles behind it.

Mental clarity
Have been taking two in the morning, as I wanted to give Magnesium L-Threonate a try to see if it would actually help with my mental clarity. Now, while the effects aren't as profound, it does clear brain fog up, and my memory feels more instant. Good addition to a focus stack!

The dose is a total lie - there's not even 1800mg of filling
First off, it says 1800mg - but in 3 pills, not 1. 1800mg = 1.8g, the filling from each pill only weighs 0.4g. 3 pills filling total weight is 1200mg. I'm guessing the filling isn't 100% pure product either. Even if it was, that's still 0ver 33% underweight. There's obviously some Mg product in there, but supplement therapy is based on a known amount of a product of high purity. I will be submitting for a refund

maybe it's just me, but didn't notice any change in mood, cognitive, etc.
I'm a big believer in science, but am always interested in checking out of the newest pseudo-science quackery. This fits nicely into that big ol' bag of bs. Some actual scientific studies have been undertaken to determine if this compound provides any benefit/enhancement of learning & memory in people with dementia, and outcomes were negative. Having taken it for a week there was NO noticeable difference in my mood, my ability to concentrate or memorize a list of words.... in other words, it's not really medicine and not really therapeutic. Don't wast your money.

Didn't notice much of a difference.
Good product, but perhaps I wasn't the best test subject. I wanted to wait 30+ days before I reviewed. Taking daily, I can't say I noticed any major differences in sleep quality or overall mood. Ingredients are on par with other supplements, and the price point is very reasonable compared to many on the market. This isn't a BAD review. It just didnt affect me as I thought it would. I will continue to take, and will update if I notice any changes!
