I will definitely purchase this product again. It has everything I was searching for in one EASY to swallow pill. I gave four stars for “sleep quality” only because I’m a light sleeper and accustomed to not sleeping straight through the night.

I wanted to try magnesium for memory and came across this magnesium that have both L-threonate and glycinate. I only use 1 cap I think 2 was 2 much for me. I can say that it helps me sleep and relax at night but not sure yet about memory since I just started using it.

It also helps me having a good night sleep,out of all the other ones I had, I feel like this one does help

This product is difficult to find and we were happy it was sold on Amazon. It arrived in a timely manner.

These worked great for my muscles. High quality. Large bottle and I only have to take one a day. Also they don't upset my stomach at all.

I am really impressed with this product. I feel it has helped to improve my memory and cognitive function, which is why I purchased it. An added benefit is that it has cleared up three dark toenails that I've had for a long time. It's also a plus that you only have to take one dose per day. I highly recommend it.
