Confused
I thought I was have a light. There is no light. I can't really see much magnification. Wanted something useful -- sadly, this is not useful.

Good deal.
Great items for using with your phone, or reading a book, helped the most reading maps while hiking/camping.

Eh
Things (words), still blurry. Maybe because it's plastic. Just can't use.

A kid will have fun with one of these; you will likely be disappointed.
I'm giving the TOCBIU Magnifying Glass 3 stars as a matter of some generosity. On the plus side, it's sturdy, easy to hold, the lens is made of glass, not plastic and --- as you can see from the photos --- there is no significant distortion or color fringing except around the edges. On the minus, there is no way this is 5x magnification. By measuring the apparent size of the magnified image and comparing it to the original, I come up with no more than 3x and closer to 2x. Also, the price on this model (and maybe others) seems to change almost hourly. There are any number of identical-looking magnifying glasses for sale on Amazon with the same specs (5x magnification, 100mm (4 in.) glass lens) in various colors --- all with the same design --- with prices that range from $6.99 to $11.99. Go with the cheapest. Note that there are similar magnifying glasses claiming 10x magnification. These have a smaller lens (75mm/3 in.) and are somewhat smaller overall. They also probably magnify no better than this one but they cost a heck of a lot less. For a couple of bucks less than what this one costs, you could get two of the others. You choose.
