A Most Excellent Vest!!!
Perfect in every way. Awesome fit, perfect weight, incredible zippered pockets and large inside pockets for stashing gloves. Everything about this vest is ideal. The only outstanding question is durability and only time will tell. I bought 3 seperate colors. I wish every item Amazon Essentials put its lablel on was executed to this degree of perfection. If so Amazon Essentials would own the clothing market.

Glad I ordered
I like this little vest. I ordered a XXL. I’m 6’ 4” 240#. It fits nicely. Sometimes I use it under a puffer jacket. I’m extremely pleased. I like the elastic bottom. The light weight is perfect. The only complaint I have is I wish it had a zipper chest pocket. I am considering ordering another one.

This review is for ladies who are shopping for a basic insulated / quilted vest. Gals - look no further! First of all, it's not frilly, not too puffy, not too long, not too short, and it's not bazillion dollars like most women's clothing. I'm 5'8" and it hits at my upper hip, which is perfect, and since it's not plump on the stuffing, I'm not in competition with a comfortable shirt or cute jewelry to dress it up some. It also doesn't keep me overly warm - its just right!!

Basic is right, but that's all I needed
IMO, this is a very good vest for the money. It is highly compressible, but it "lofts up" readily and was very warm for its weight. I was very comfortable down to 50 degrees or a little lower. Wearing it over a sweater (which I wasn't) would have kept me toasty even lower. Good zippers on the body and pockets. Not form fitting, but in my case that's a good thing. Very pleased.

A $29 Vest
This vest is very well made and obviously a very good value but it is a $29 product so the performance is commensurate with the price. The sizing is a little on the boxy/wide side and there isn't a bottom draw string to maintain any body heat.
