Very Poor Customer Service by Glen India Company
I bought Glen 11 fin with fan on Dec 10, 2023 and exactly on 11th day ( after the 10 day return expiry), the fan stopped working. Have been chasing them to replace the fan, which got diagnosed by Glen sent Technician on Dec 29, 2023. Since then waiting for fan replacement. The extreme winter period will be over by the time fan is replaced. Replacement fan I am told will come only on Jan 13, 2024. Earlier I was told it will come on Jan 8, 2024. Not a good start to 2024 thanks to Glen products. Won't ever buy Glen products again. Promise.
